Consulting Working on a wide variety of change initiatives with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, Jerry utilizes a team of professional associates. They have experience working with all phases of the change process from: - Initial strategic development - Action planning - Monitoring and modification - Assessment. With his expertise in the human dimensions of change, Jerry helps organizations minimize resistance and instead create acceptance. He has done this work with his own team of associates or in conjunction with other consulting groups. In addition to developing strategic and tactical plans, Jerry also provides training programs for executives, managers, and supervisors so that they have the skill to deal with resistance and to build enthusiasm and buy-in. He has extensive experience working in the areas of: - Mergers - Lean Manufacturing - Innovation - Information Systems - Sales Motivation and Development - Human Resources - Safety - Innovation Jerry conceived, designed, implemented, and served as Dean of the Business Academy of the Society for Human Resource Management. This micro MBA program has multiple courses in six different areas (Finance, Marketing, Operations; Information Technology; Communications; and Implementation) that are all taught by university level faculty. Jerry has been involved with several major educational initiatives for corporate clients (Toyota Motor Sales, Honeywell, St. Paul-Travelers, Bausch and Lomb, Farmer’s Insurance, Foot Locker). |
